Terms of Service

By creating an account or using DeploySafe, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You may only scan web applications that you own or have explicit written authorization to test. Scanning third-party systems without permission is illegal under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and equivalent laws worldwide. By submitting a scan target, you confirm that you have the legal right to perform security testing on that system. DeploySafe is not liable for any unauthorized scans initiated through your account. Misuse of the platform may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

DeploySafe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scans are automated and may not detect every vulnerability present in your application. A clean scan result does not mean your application is secure. DeploySafe does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. You should treat scan results as one layer of a broader security program, not a replacement for professional security audits or penetration testing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeploySafe and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to security breaches, data loss, or business interruption, even if scan results showed no issues. Your use of DeploySafe is entirely at your own risk.

Credits are purchased on a one-time basis, are non-refundable, and do not expire. Continuous Monitoring is a recurring subscription billed monthly through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals, and your monitoring access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. Chargebacks or disputes filed against valid purchases may result in account suspension. DeploySafe reserves the right to modify pricing at any time; price changes do not affect credits already purchased and take effect for subscriptions at the next renewal.

With an active Continuous Monitoring subscription, you may register applications ("projects") to be scanned automatically on a recurring schedule. The authorization requirements in Section 2 apply to every scheduled scan: you may only monitor applications you own or are authorized to test, and registering a project reaffirms that authorization. Scan findings are delivered to the email address on your account after each scan. You are responsible for keeping a valid email on file and for the security of that inbox. You may remove a monitored project or cancel your subscription at any time to stop future scans.

If you provide login credentials for an authenticated scan, they are used solely to scan your own application, and you should use throwaway test accounts rather than production credentials. For one-time scans, credentials are not stored or logged after the scan completes. For Continuous Monitoring, the credentials you add to a project are encrypted and stored so that scheduled scans can authenticate on your behalf. They are used only to scan that project, are never shared, and are permanently deleted when you remove the project or delete your account.

DeploySafe reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion, including but not limited to accounts that: - Scan systems without authorization - Attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform - Violate any applicable law or regulation Unused credits are forfeited upon termination due to misuse. Terminating an account cancels any active subscription and deletes stored project credentials.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of DeploySafe after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email where possible.
