Terms of Service

By creating an account or using DeploySafe, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You may only scan web applications that you own or have explicit written authorization to test. Scanning third-party systems without permission is illegal under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and equivalent laws worldwide. By submitting a scan target, you confirm that you have the legal right to perform security testing on that system. DeploySafe is not liable for any unauthorized scans initiated through your account. Misuse of the platform may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

DeploySafe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scans are automated and may not detect every vulnerability present in your application. A clean scan result does not mean your application is secure. DeploySafe does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. You should treat scan results as one layer of a broader security program, not a replacement for professional security audits or penetration testing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeploySafe and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to security breaches, data loss, or business interruption, even if scan results showed no issues. Your use of DeploySafe is entirely at your own risk.

Credits are purchased on a one-time basis and are non-refundable. Credits do not expire. Chargebacks or disputes filed against valid purchases may result in account suspension. DeploySafe reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect credits already purchased.

If you provide login credentials for an authenticated scan, those credentials are used solely to perform the scan against your application. They are not stored, logged, or used for any other purpose after the scan completes. You should use throwaway test accounts rather than production credentials.

DeploySafe reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion, including but not limited to accounts that: - Scan systems without authorization - Attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform - Violate any applicable law or regulation Unused credits are forfeited upon termination due to misuse.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of DeploySafe after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email where possible.
